Recettes des bouchées aux poires et au chocolat blanc
Faire fondre 70 g de chocolat blanc au micro-ondes.
Ajouter la crème fraîche et lisser le mélange.
Incorporer le sucre, puis les œufs un à un.
Ajouter la farine et la levure. Bien mélanger.
Éplucher et couper les poires en petits dés. Les ajouter à la pâte avec les noix.
Verser la préparation dans un moule rectangulaire beurré et fariné.
Enfourner pendant 30 minutes à 200°C.
Sortir le gâteau du four et le laisser refroidir. Le couper en bouchées et les disposer sur un plat de service.
Faire fondre le reste de chocolat blanc et l’étaler en fine couche sur chacune des bouchées. Ajouter un cerneau de noix sur chacune d’entre elles. Laisser 15-20 minutes au réfrigérateur afin que le chocolat durcisse.
Servir ces bouchées aux poires et au chocolat blanc avec un bon thé.
