Quand il fait chaud et qu’on veut se rafraîchir, rien ne vaut une bonne citronnade. Ce cocktail à base de menthe et de citron vert est inspirée du célèbre mojito. Les seules différences : il n’y a pas de rhum dans ce mojito-là et on peut le boire sans modération ! 
Recette du mojito sans alcool (Virgin Mojito)
Préparation : 10 min • Repos : 0
Ingrédients pour 2 verres de mojitos :
2 citrons verts bio (ou a minima non traités)
6 à 8 cl de sirop de sucre de canne
12 feuilles de menthe fraîche
Eau gazeuse bien fraîche
Glaçons

Préparation du mojito sans alcool (Virgin Mojito)
Pressez le jus d’un citron et demi et coupez le demi citron restant en quartiers.
Placez les feuilles de menthe fraîche au fond d’une carafe de 50 cl et versez-y le sirop de sucre de canne.
Pilez les feuilles de menthe à l’aide d’une cuillère en bois par exemple.
Ajoutez le jus de citron vert, les quartiers de citron vert et une poignée de glaçons.
Complétez avec l’eau gazeuse bien fraîche.
Servez ce mojito sans alcool dans des verres hauts et décorez avec une rondelle de citron vert.
