Ingrédients pour 1 grand pot :
1 boîte de lait concentré sucré (400 g)
150 g de pralinoise (Poulain, ici)
70 g de chocolat noir (minimum 70% de cacao)
Préparation de la pâte à tartiner pralinoise et lait concentré sucré
Placer le lait concentré et les chocolats en morceaux dans un saladier.
Faire fondre au bain-marie.
Remuer doucement à la cuillère pour homogénéiser.

Verser dans un pot en verre et laisser refroidir avant de déguster.
Cette pâte à tartiner à la pralinoise et au lait concentré se conserve quelques semaines à température ambiante (20°C maxi).
